The Human PAR1 (NP_001983) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for PAR1/Thrombin Receptor, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The PAR1/Thrombin Receptor insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
