The Human SOD1/Cu-Zn SOD ELISA Kit (Colorimetric) measures human SOD1/Cu-Zn SOD in cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma (edta, citrate, heparin), amniotic fluid, urine, fetal umbilical vein blood.
The interference of circulating factors of the immune system was evaluated by spiking these proteins at physiologically relevant concentrations into a human Cu/ZnSOD positive serum. There was no crossreactivity detected.
