The EasySep™ Rat IgM Depletion Kit is designed to deplete IgM+ cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes or from whole blood by positive selection
The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles
