Isolate highly purified and magnetic particle-free CD3+ cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples in as little as 30 minutes

Using immunomagnetic positive selection, CD3+ cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated without columns using an EasySep magnet

Unwanted cells are poured off, while desired cells remain in the tube

Bound magnetic particles are then removed from the isolated CD3+ cells, which are immediately available for downstream use

For even higher efficiency, the process can be automated using RoboSep

This kit is designed for cell therapy research applications, but may be qualified for use as an ancillary material following the framework outlined in USP
