Secretin is a 27 amino acid GI peptide hormone acting as an agonist for SCTR. It is responsible for regulation of water homeostasis, secretions of the stomach and pancreas, and pH of the duodenum. May also play a role in osmoregulation of the hypothalamus, pituitary, and kidney. Provided as 250μg of dry powder.
