The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

FCRLB is expressed at a low level in placenta and in B lineage cells of the germinal center
It is upregulated in B cells by BAFF and LPS

It is preferentially expressed in nonproliferating cells and at the onset of apoptosis
