Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD14, CD15, CD16, CD33, CD36, CD41, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles
The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns
