The Zenon Alexa Fluor Plus IgG Labeling Reagents contain sufficient material to label one to four 96-well plates, depending on the Zenon labeling reagent concentration used. Formation of the Fab–antibody complex occurs in less than 5 minutes. Only a small amount of starting material is needed, and the method is optimized for efficient labeling of antibodies in serum, ascites fluid, or hybridoma suspensions.
