Assay IL-5 (mouse interleukin-5) levels in mouse serum and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific™ Mouse IL-5 ELISA Kits.
These mouse IL-5 ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interleukin-5 (IL-5) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched IL-5 antibody pairs and IL-5 standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
