Features of Dynabeads Carboxylic Acid for RNA Purification include:
Crude RNA from an IVT reaction step is mixed with the beads and the buffer is added. The RNA binds to the bead surface and the remaining components of the reaction mixture are removed by applying a magnet and discarding the supernatant.
The bead concentration is 10 mg/mL. They are stored in purified water and may be recycled at least six times. Scripts are available for KingFisher automated purification workflows.
The beads are offered here as a stand-alone product. The are also included in the kits below:
