Thermo Scientific Cryofuge™ 8 and 16 Centrifuges are high-capacity centrifuges specifically designed for blood banking and blood processing applications. These innovative floor-standing instruments incorporate GreenCool Technology, utilizing a natural CO2 refrigerant cooling system that complies with upcoming EU and US EPA F-gas regulations. This refrigerant boasts a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1, while ensuring ozone-friendly operation, significantly reducing the environmental impact of centrifuge operation. Additionally, GreenCool technology offers reduced energy consumption, reducing the operational costs, rapid cool-down times, and excellent temperature stability.
