Sandwich ELISA Kit
The Human Angiostatin (Plasminogen) ELISA quantitates Hu Angiostatin in human serum, plasma, or cell culture medium. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant Hu Angiostatin. Principle of the method The Human Angiostatin solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the amount of the target bound between a matched antibody pair. A target-specific antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are then added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody. The sandwich is formed by the addition of the second (detector) antibody, a substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme-antibody-target complex to produce measurable signal. The intensity of this signal is directly proportional to the concentration of target present in the original specimen. Rigorous validation Each manufactured lot of this ELISA kit is quality tested for criteria such as sensitivity, specificity, precision, and lot-to-lot consistency. La plasmine dissout la fibrine des caillots sanguins et agit comme un facteur protéolytique dans une variété d’autres procédés, notamment le développement embryonnaire, le remodelage tissulaire, l’invasion tumorale et l’inflammation. Dans l’ovulation, elle affaiblit les parois du follicule de Graafien. Elle active l’activateur de plasminogène de type urokinase, les collagénases et plusieurs proenzymes complémentaires, tels que C1 et C5. Le clivage de fibronectine et de la laminine conduit au détachement cellulaire et à l’apoptose. Elle permet également de cliver la fibrine, la thrombospondine et le facteur von Willebrand. Son rôle dans le remodelage des tissus et l’invasion tumorale peut être modulé par CSPG4. Se lie aux cellules.
