Assay IL-1β (mouse interleukin-1 beta) levels in mouse serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate) and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific Mouse IL-1 beta ELISA Kits.
These mouse IL-1 beta ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) in samples at 50μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
Specificity: No significant cross-reaction with mouse IL-1α, IL-10, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, TNFα, GM-CSF; human IL-1β, IL-8, IL-1α; or bovine IL-1β. This ELISA does cross-react with rat IL-1β (12%)
